You know the dress that you couldn't walk away from even though you knew it was impractical, out of budget, and required special underwear? This shiny purple frivolity, is mine.
I knew shimmery satin was unforgiving, but I loved it. I knew that the demure purple print would make it too casual for evening, too posh for day, but I loved it. I knew the sexy back would need stick-on-bras, but I loved it.
I love how it's sweet yet kinky, demure but sexy, unforgiving yet flattering. I'm so glad I didn't walk away from it. Now I just have to figure out where to wear it too! Suggestions?
And forgive the matchy-matchy outfit I found this pair of old sandals with purple sparkly butterflies in my cupboard and can't quite believe they're still good to go.
